And. There's a video you can watch, too... if you'd rather watch than read.
I get you.
🌟 Here's an idea: Let's use fermented rice water and then make a mask out of rice paper for a double rice whammy.
I am always looking to up my skin care game. I was making my fermented rice water (recipe below) and thinking about other ways that I could get rice onto my face.
I looked into my snack cupboard, as if snacks were the answer to everything. And I saw the rice paper.
What if….
Why not?
The first time I tried it, I didn’t let the strips soak long enough; they fell off my face. I almost gave up, but tried again another day and let the strips soak for a few minutes.
Oh, it worked. The rice became sticky and pliable, a perfect combination to get extra nutrients onto my skin.
Maybe you’d like to try it, too?
Why? You want to know why it’s a good idea to add rice to your face?
🌟 Here are some Skin-Benefits of fermented rice water.
It’s the easiest toner to make for your skin. Cheap. Full of nutrients. And if you keep it in the fridge, it will last a few days.
🌟 Don’t have rice paper? You can cut (good quality) paper towels, dip them into the fermented rice water and place them on your face.
Yes: it works.
I like using the fermented rice water AND the rice paper – because I’m all about getting as many nutrients as possible.
